Congratulations on getting accepted to the first annual HUB Expo at UNC Charlotte!
PLEASE NOTE: If your business does not appear on the 2024 Vendor Directory, we do not have a table reserved for you this year. Unfortunately, due to space and transportation limitations, we could not accommodate all of the businesses that applied to attend. Please consider re-applying next year. Registration for this year’s event has officially closed. We hope to see you at the event as an attendee!
Event Logistics
- When: April 23, 2024, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Setup at 9 a.m.)
- Location: CHHS / COED Quad (8838 Craver Rd, Charlotte, NC 28223) across from the Popp Martin Student Union
Parking
- Parking: Union Deck – 8755 Student Union Lane, Charlotte, NC 28223 (directions). Enter Union Deck from Student Union Lane, following signs for Visitor parking. Levels 4 through 6 are available for visitors.
- You’ll receive your parking voucher at check-in. Pull a parking ticket when you enter visitor parking. Upon exit, you will scan your entry ticket and then your validated ticket at the exit verifier.

Load-in
- Load-in is NOT permitted at the tabling site or from Craver Road. Vendors MUST unload at the parking deck and carry their belongings to the event site.
- Load-In for those businesses in the BLUE, ORANGE, PURPLE and GREY groups is most convenient from Union Deck
- Load-in for those businesses in the RED group is most convenient from Cone Deck
Check-in
- Check-in: Visit the check-in table at the front of the event to receive your tabling area.
- Accommodations: You will be assigned to one table with two chairs. Each section of the event is color-coded. You will receive your color at check-in and may proceed to the area and select an open table. Electrical outlets are not guaranteed at the table location.
Refreshments
- Food trucks will be on site with food for purchase, and DJ Hugo will perform from noon to 2 p.m.
Special accommodations
- Restrooms are available on the main floor of the Popp Martin Student Union. Enter the Union through the main entrance facing CHHS Plaza. The restrooms are located on your left next to the retail corridor. If you need assistance with locating spaces in the Union, please visit the front information desk to the right.
- A Mother’s Place lactation room is available on the third floor of CHHS for event attendees who may need access. Please email Ashton Atmore or call 704-687-7959 for assistance.
ADA parking and Paratransit service
The nearest accessible parking in Union Deck is on Level 4. If you need to schedule Paratransit service, park and call dispatch at 704-687-5636. Then, proceed to the bench outside the parking deck next to the Paratransit to wait for the vehicle to arrive.
