Parking
Visitor Parking will be most convenient in the Union Deck Visitor Deck (levels 4-6):
- Enter the parking deck from from Student Union Lane.
- Take a timed ticket at entrance gate. Keep ticket with you, not in your car.
- Proceed to level 6. If there is no parking available, park in levels 5 or 4.
- Take the walk-across bridge located on level 6 to enter the Student Union. Elevators are available on lower levels.
- When exiting for the day, pay for parking at the kiosk on Level 6 before returning to your vehicle.

Parking Fees are $5 for the first hour, $2 each additional hour and $15 max for the day. You may pay to park in other visitor parking decks at their discretion. ADA parking is available in Union Deck Level 4. See the section below on Paratransit for more details.

Vendor Showcase Logistics
- When: Wednesday, March 19th, 2025, 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Location: CHHS / COED Quad (8838 Craver Rd, Charlotte, NC 28223) across from the Popp Martin Student Union
Load-In / Load-Out & Tabling Instructions
The outdoor vendor showcase will be between 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. located directly across the street from the Popp Martin Student Union (8845 Craver Rd Charlotte NC 28223) at CHHS/COED Plaza.
Vendors must apply in the registration for tabling spots and must be approved. Applications are approved on a first come first service basis at the discretion of the University.
All load-in and load-out must be done from the parking deck. Parking at the showcase site, in the intersection or on the roadway is not permitted.
Set-up is recommended to begin at 12:30 p.m. for a 1:30 p.m. start time. Earlier setups are permitted. The University is not responsible for any items left unattended.
A 6’ table and 2 chairs will be provided. No electricity is provided.
Food items are NOT permitted and cannot be distributed at table locations.
Tables are not assigned.

Special accommodations
Restrooms
Restrooms are available on the main floor of the Popp Martin Student Union. Enter the Union through the main entrance facing CHHS/COED Plaza. The restrooms are located on your left next to the retail corridor. If you need assistance with locating spaces in the Union, please visit the front information desk to the right.
A Mother’s Place
A Mother’s Place lactation room is available on the third floor of CHHS to event attendees who may need access. Please email Ashton Atmore or call 704-687-7959 if you need assistance.
ADA parking and Paratransit service
The nearest accessible parking in Union Deck is on Level 4. If you need to schedule Paratransit service, park and call dispatch at 704-687-5636. Then, proceed to the bench outside the parking deck next to the Paratransit to wait for the vehicle to arrive.
